Yoga Healing Nature brings you the first complete and comprehensive at home retreat. Chloé and Christian will lead you through a week of both invigorating and restorative yoga as well as how to cook 7 days worth of delicious meals.

As magical as it is to get away on retreat we know it is not always possible. We wanted to create this week for you to be able to press the reset button, reconnect to yourself and get some much needed rest.

The Yoga

The Yoga is themed around the 5 elements and will have a different focus everyday. The classes are short enough to fit into a busy schedule but frequent enough to make a positive impact.

The Food

The meal plan has been carefully designed to be both nutritious and tasty. The plant based menu is simple to follow and the best thing is you can cook all the meals for the week in two batch cook sessions. Scroll down to find out more about having the meals cooked and delivered for you.

 

The Intention

A big part of a retreat is taking the time to rest and focus in on what you need to let go of and need to bring into your life. Setting an intention for the week, journaling and reflecting daily helps you learn and grow.

The Destination

Your destination for the week is YOU. We focus so often on wandering around discovering new places when really we need to spend a little time wandering in to discover ourselves.

Nature’s Kitchen

If you live in Orange County you can opt in to have the meals cooked for you on specific dates. This includes receiving all meals for the week freshly prepared by us and either available for pick up or delivery.

 
 

Frequently asked questions

Where do I access the material?

All of the material is located online in a password protected area on our website. Once purchased you will receive the password with access to all the classes and meal prep videos as well as recipes, shopping lists, journaling queues and more.


Is it all online?

Yes all of the material is online and you will have to have access to the internet to play the videos. If you live somewhere with limited access please email us to arrange offline access.


How long is the Yoga?

The Yoga classes have been designed to be short but effective. Most mornings classes will run between 20 and 25 minutes to get you moving but still give you time to eat and get ready for your day. There are two 30 minute classes at the start and end of the week as well as two 45 minute yin classes that are held on the nights were you do not have to cook.


How long does it take to prepare the food?

We have designed the menu to be as time efficient as possible whilst still remaining delicious and nourishing. You will need to do one food shop at the beginning of the week and two meal prep sessions. The meal prep sessions last about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. This may seem long but in these two sessions you will cook all of your meals for the week. We suggest you put some good tunes on or a nice audiobook and you enjoy the time in the kitchen.


What if I am not plant based or vegan?

The meals for the week are plant based to give you a small break from dairy, meat and processed foods. The meals have been designed to have a lot of nutrition in them so you will not be missing anything. A week is not too long to try out a plant based diet. You will give your digestive system a small break and the meal plan compliments the Yoga Practice perfectly. You will be surprised at how good you feel by the end of the week. Can I do this with a busy work/family schedule?

Absolutely! This at home retreat has been designed for busy individuals who have a full time job and/or family. The classes are not too long and the meal preps are grouped in two sessions to give you time to enjoy the week as well. If you have any particular questions please feel free to reach out.


How does the meal delivery work?

If you live in Orange County you have the option, on specific dates, to have the food prepared for you by us. All the meals will be cooked and available for pick up or delivery. Learn more by reading about Nature’s Kitchen
