About YHN.

Your connection

with nature.

We help you develop a connection to nature — and yourself.

From here, you can take these experiences home, make them yours and work towards a lifestyle more in tune with the seasons and yourself.

We believe that it is crucial in this day and age to focus on our connection to the natural world and spend less time focusing on the virtual world.

About us.

We are a Yogi couple who met in India in 2013 and have been traveling and working together ever since.

We share a deep passion for yoga, food, travel and healthy living, so we’ve put together the best of our skills to create Yoga Healing Nature and share that passion with you.

Yoga Healing Nature describes the healing potential that nature has both within you — and around you.

In fact, we are part of this extraordinary system of forces that interact with each other, making every cell in our body and everything we see in nature connect.

Our perfect state of health is a balance of these natural forces.
