Terms of Service for Yoga Retreats

1. Inclusions: Yoga Healing Nature details everything that is included on each retreat on the individual retreat pages. All of our retreats do not include airfare, tips and travel insurance. It is the retreat participant’s responsibility to buy and organize anything that they may need that is not included. For specific inclusions please be sure to consult the individual retreat pages or contact us.

2. Transport: Local transport is included on most retreats to and from the specified pick up/drop off location as well as to and from the excursions. It is the retreat participant’s responsibility to organize and purchase transport to the specified pick up/drop off location at the scheduled time as well as any extra transport they may require. If you miss any organized transport you must cover your own.

3. Travel Insurance: It is required that you buy traveler’s insurance to protect the costs of your trip in the case of injury, illness, changes, cancellation or inability to attend for other reasons. Yoga Healing Nature does not provide traveler’s insurance.

  • Please note that we require each attendee to purchase individual travel insurance for all retreats.

  • We suggest that you include “cancel for any reason” with your policy.

  • You must purchase travel insurance that includes medical coverage.

  • We recommend purchase insurance within 1-2 weeks after making your first trip payment (ie. flight or retreat reservation) to secure the best price and best coverage.

4. Booking & Payment: To book your place on one our retreats please visit our shop and complete the booking form with the appropriate payment. All prices are per/person in USD and to be made through the Yoga Healing Nature website.

  • If booking more than 60 days before the retreat a deposit payment is due to reserve your spot. Deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to pay in full the balance is semi-refundable (based on the terms in section 3)

  • If booking under 60 days before the retreat the full payment is due to reserve your spot.

  • If you are booking for more than one person the person booking is responsible to pay the total of all spots reserved. It is always advisable that each adult books their individual spot themselves (unless payment will be made from the same source).

  • Bookings for any minors under 18 must be made by their parents or legal guardian.

  • Final payments for all retreats are due 60 days before the retreat start date and scheduled payments will be charged on that day to your preferred card (unless specified otherwise). A reminder plus a follow up email will be sent.

  • If your payment is not scheduled and is not received after the follow up email we reserve the right to give up your space to another attendee. All previous payments made by you will be subject to our Cancellation policy detailed below.

  • If you do not think you can pay in time please contact us via email to figure out a possible solution.

5. Cancellations Policy & Refunds: We know that life happens and we want to be as accommodating as possible while still being able to honor our small business.

  • If you choose to cancel your spot on the retreat over 60 days ahead of time a full refund of the payment minus the deposit will be refunded. Your deposit can be transferred to another attendee (found by you) for free or another retreat within the year for a $100 transfer fee.

  • If you cancel your spot within 14 to 60 days of the start of the retreat the full payment is non refundable but can be transferred to another attendee (found by you) for free or another retreat within the year for a $100 transfer fee.

  • If you cancel your spot within 14 days of the start of the retreat full payment of the retreat is non refundable but the deposit is transferable to another retreat within the year for a $100 transfer fee. Your spot can be transferred to another attendee (found by you) for free.

*All refunds take around 30 days to process and will be subject to standard processing fees.

6. Changes to the Retreat: We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, illness, pandemics, civil unrest ect… If you do not wish to attend the retreat based on the changes we can:

  • Transfer your deposit to a future retreat to be taken within a year from the date of the current retreat.

  • If you decide to cancel based on these changes our normal cancellation policy applies.

7. Cancellation of the Retreat: We reserve the right to cancel any retreats prior to the start due to unforeseen circumstance. Up to date we have run over 30 retreats and never had to cancel one.

  • In the very rare case of us needing to cancel the retreat however we will offer a transfer to another trip or a full refund of any monies paid.

  • You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to cost of visa, flights, accommodation, passport, vaccination charges, gear purchases ect…)

8. Travel Documents and Immunizations. It is each retreat participant’s responsibility to obtain all necessary visas, documents and immunizations required for travel. We will provide information on the website regarding your trip requirements and are reachable by email for any questions you may have.

Terms of Service for Detoxes

1. Inclusions: Yoga Healing Nature details everything that is included on each detox on the individual detox page. All of our detoxes include food prepared daily. For specific inclusions please be sure to consult the individual detox pages or contact us.

2. Dietary Requirements and Food Allergies: Dietary requirements must be made clear to us before the start of the detox by email and is the detox participants responsibility to let us know.

3. Delivery: Delivery is included on certain detoxes and in certain areas. The food will be dropped off within the specified window. If the participant is not present or does not answer the door the food will be left in front of the front door. Yoga Healing Nature does not take responsibility in storing the food safely after delivery.

4. Booking & Payment: To book your place on one our detoxes please visit our shop and complete the booking form with the appropriate payment. All prices are per/person in USD and to be made through the Yoga Healing Nature website.
