Yoga was at its root a one to one practice. With private sessions you will be offered personalized instruction based on your health, level and needs. This is by far the best way to improve you practice both physically and mentally.  Please inquire for session availability and pricing.

Yoga therapy takes our one on one time a step further and works at addressing and managing certain physical, mental or energetic issues you are working through. Yoga & Picnic in the Park

Come join us for a beautiful yoga flow overlooking the Pacific (class is accessible to all and lasts 1 hour). The Yoga class is donation based, give what you can :) . If you would like to stay for a beautiful picnic afterwards prepared by Aurelie from the Greatful Kitchen CLICK HERE and let her know. You will need to let her know 24 hours in advance if you want to join the picnic after class as she needs to prepare all of our delicious food! You will need a towel and yoga mat + maybe a hat and some sun screen.

 

 

 


Our Teaching Syle

We both have different teaching backgrounds which complement each other very well.  All classes (on our retreats) focus on Asana (posture), Pranayama (cultivating life force through breathing) and Meditation. This well rounded practice will leave you rebalanced, with a greater understanding of how yoga works and it will deepen your practice.

Christian uses a therapeutic style of Yoga called Elemental Yoga. This works on the principles of the Five Elements such as in Chinese medicine and traditional Vedic principles of Hatha Yoga. His practice aims to rebalances you and has a real therapeutic effect. Christian is also a Thai Massage Teacher and Yoga Therapist.

Chloe's classes are influenced by both the Iyengar and Ashtanga lineage being both dynamic and alignment orientated. She teaches with a lot of passion and care for her students creating a safe and fun environment. Chloe is also a health coach and nutritionist.
