Work closely over 12 sessions spread through 3 to 6 month. This program will help you set large goals and achieve them over a realistic timeframe. The whole program is geared towards changing your negative habits that have been affecting your lifestyle.

Your life is to a large extent the sum of all your habits– good or bad. You can take control of your life by changing your habits. It's hard to shake off a habit though since it takes an average of 66 days before a new habit takes root in our brain. With this program you will be given enough time to change these deeper routed habits that may have resulted in weight change, depression, anxiety, lack of productivity and dissatisfaction.
