Who are we?

We are a Yogi couple who met in India in 2013 and have been traveling and working together ever since. We both love to experience life and culture in different parts of the world and are fortunate that our work allows us so much freedom.

We share a deep passion for Yoga and healthy living so we put together the best of our skills and have created Yoga Healing Nature to share that passion with you. As an Italian/French couple we have a deep appreciation for the pleasures life brings and enjoy the best balance between health and enjoyment.

The Nature Connection

Yoga Healing Nature describes the healing potential that nature has both within you and around you. In fact we are part of this extraordinary system of forces that interact with each other making every cell in our body and everything we see in nature connect. Our perfect state of health is a balance of these natural forces.

During our retreats, classes and in our private sessions we work on helping you develop that connection to nature and yourself ultimately allowing you to achieve a more balanced life. From here you can take these experiences home, make it yours and work towards a lifestyle more in tune with your own nature.

We believe that it is crucial in this day in age to focus on our connection to the natural world and spend less to the virtual world. So come spend some time in Nature with us!

Chloé Porter

Yoga Teacher, Holistic Nutritionist, Health Coach, Blogs at Avec Chloe

As a young girl Chloé was drawn to wellbeing, disease prevention and health. Introduced to yoga by her mother, an Iyengar teacher, she started practicing at a young age. The peace of mind and inner strength she discovered through yoga led her to be mentored by her teacher to complete her first Teacher Training in Vinyasa Flow in 2007.

From then, alongside completing her academic studies in London, she took any time she could to travel to different parts of the world studying yoga in depth, holistic therapies and helping in impoverished areas. After completing her BSc in Biomedical Sciences and moving into her Master in Nutrition for Global Health Chloé cofounded, with fellow yogini Maudie, Loveyogabum (now Unearth Yoga), a platform to run yoga retreats and holidays from around the world. She ran Yoga Retreats with them for 4 wonderful years.

Chloe brought her love of academics and holistic nutrition together by attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Both sides of her educations and studying with some of the top health and wellbeing experts in the world, equipped her with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.

Chloé now works with clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. Her classes and sessions allow you to develop a deeper understanding of what works best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness. Chloé has taught on 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings as an Anatomy teacher and has created and implemented the Wellness Programs at Aqua Wellness Programs at Aqua Wellness Resort. She is now based in Laguna Beach California and continues to run her Yoga Retreats with Christian.

"As a teacher I love helping students to reach their goals on and off the mat. I believe the beauty in yoga and coaching lies in the element of self discovery that allows the student to discover what is best for them whilst being guided. I am thankful to have many teachers who are constantly stimulating my own self discovery."

Chloé has a BSc from UCL, a Masters from LSHTM and has completed 2 x 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings in France and India respectively. Chloé has taught on multiple Teacher Trainings and is a Nutrition and Health Coach.
