What is Yoga Healing Nature about?
Yoga Healing Nature describes the healing potential that nature has within people. In fact we are part of this extraordinary system of forces that interact with each other making every cell in our body and everything we see in nature connect. Our perfect state of health is a balance of these natural forces.
The Ayurvedic tradition, Chinese medicine and many other ancient healing practices all share the same understanding of the Five Great Elements of Nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Understanding how these energies work and how they affect you is key to your personal health.
During our retreats and in our private sessions we work on making you discover how these energies affect you and how to work with them ultimately allowing you to achieve a more balanced life. From here you can take these experiences home, make it yours and work towards a lifestyle more in tune with your own nature.

Yoga for us is so much more then learning cool postures and looking good in pictures... Although we do admit the photos are good fun. Our Yoga style varies from traditional Hatha Yoga to Vinyasa, being more Yang (dynamic) in the morning practices to more Yin (restorative) in the evening practices.
We both have different teaching backgrounds which complement each other very well. All classes focus on Asana (posture), Pranayama (cultivating life force through breathing) and Meditation. This well rounded practice at the end of the week will leave you rebalanced, with a greater understanding of how yoga works and it will deepen your practice.
Christian uses a therapeutic style of Yoga called Elemental Yoga. This works on the principles of the Five Elements like in Chinese medicine and also traditional Vedic principles of Hatha Yoga. His practice aims to rebalances you and has a real therapeutic effect. Christian is also a Thai Massage Teacher and Yoga Therapist.
Chloe's classes are influenced by both the Iyengar and Ashtanga lineage being both dynamic and alignment orientated. She teaches with a lot of passion and care for her students creating a safe and fun environment. Chloe is also a health coach and nutritionist.
We choose stunning locations with hints of luxury to guarantee you with comfort, connection to nature and tranquillity so you can totally unwind and let us take care of the rest.
